<p>If you are on GridPane or any other server that implements Redis Caching, you may need to request that this caching protocol be turned off on your server. A known compatibility issue will cause the <code>gh-cron.php</code> to fire but have no trigger action, causing your funnel steps to remain in the &#8220;running now&#8221; status.</p>

<p>Since Groundhogg cron job’s run frequently they tend to get cached, as caching plugins or<br />systems think that it&#8217;s running too often and should be cached in order to reduce how often the<br />full cron job is taking place.</p>
<p>Each caching plugin or system has their own way to exclude these, so you may have to do<br />some research to figure out&hellip;</p>
